Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new Global Council at our REALTOR association, called Gulf Coast Global Council. We are on the Alabama Gulf Coast.

Mission statement: "The Gulf Coast Global Council is a REALTOR driven group dedicated to providing resources to the international community and those professionals who serve them."

Colors: deep yellow or gold, turquoise/blues and greens
Because we are a REALTOR organization, we do need the REALTOR "r" on the design somewhere. It is attached. the gold we are hoping for is on the CIPS logo below.
