Logo Design Brief
A simple, yet striking logo for a new carpentry/roofing /residential home building/shed building business that will go on my truck, toolboxes, t-shirts, invoices and quotes etc.
Have worked as a Carpenter in my local town for 10 years but recently, because of taking on too much work, too many employees and too much rushing quality has been suffering. After 3 months off I'm starting up again on my own under a new name based on the old carpentry motto measure twice cut once
Want something for clients to associate with perfection and the
High quality work I am personally known for...
Not the quick jobs at a cheap price utilising labourers and apprentices, more the 'don't mind paying a bit more for a perfect job by a true tradesman' type client

Requirements
Must have
- Good looks when both small sewn on a shirt as well as blown up large and plastered down the side of a truck
- Purple - and/or pink maybe... A colour most old school tradies wouldn't wear
Nice to have
- A throwback to my old business logo (pic attached) a Circular Saw Blade
Should not have
- A house with a Chimney
- Sick of seeing designs with a house with old colonial windows (with a cross in them) and a gable roof (Triangle) with a Chimney sticking out.
- You know the ones that you would draw as a kid :)
