Book Cover Design Brief

I need you to design the cover of my book. The story tells the world trip I did in 2011 (volonteer in Mozambique as a soccer coach for kids, sailing in Argentina, dancing hip-hop in California, farming in Cuba, surfing in Central America, biking thought United States).

The cover front & back must be in black and white. I really love the Corto Maltese comic style, so I would like the cover to be inspired by this and to be close to the Hugo Pratt's style. (there is a picture joint in the upload files). As an other source in inspiration there is some pictures attached on each part of the trip. I don't need any of these pictures to be on the projet. Feel free to use the one you want or to be creative with a drawn reprensenting the planete earth par exemple.

The main idea of the story is about nature, trust in yourself and the fact we are all living on one planet, together as an unity humanity. I hope the cover to encourage this idea on the reader's mind.

The book will be given to kids living a period of trouble with the hope of helping us finding a way to built a beautiful life.
