Logo Design Brief

Create a cool logo that would make a great tattoo or Patch (like for a motocycle club). It needs to represent empowering leaders to make a difference. We are a training and coaching organisation, so I like the idea of an owl to represent wisdom. As we are a network, I like the handshake to represent connecting, I like wings which represent empowering, and the world to represent who we want to impact. Maybe it could be an owl with one wing wrapped around the world. Maybe the hand shake logo with wings could be redesigned to look like an owl with the world on top it?
