Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new CrossFit gym located in a historic building that was a train station in the early 1900's. We would like the logo to incorporate a train working hard; it can include barbells and weight plates but no kettlebells please. We want something retro, cool, and fierce - not modern or cartoony. It should communicate strength and hard work. Our colors are cobalt blue, black and gray.
