Logo Design Brief
We need a logo design for our new Florida based Property Investment company. Properties will be purchased, refurbished, rented out, and in some cases, sold.
Our customers will be families looking for a nice, clean, well maintained, affordable home to rent. We have a vested interest in our community and want to convey the message that "we care". We care about our customers, our neighborhoods. That is why our web site address will be HPI4U. The company name is Hammond Property Investments LLC or HPI. We are here for you!
Updates
After seeing the submissions received so far, we would like to add the following to our request:
We do not like the colors of Blue and Red together.
Please use shades of either Greens, Blues or Reds.
Feel free to combine Blue with Green.
Feel free to combine any of the 3 primary colors with either Grey or Black
No houses, skyscrapers please.
We are based in Florida so perhaps incorporate a Palm Tree into the logo? (make it part of one of the letters H, P or I) or encircle the HPI with a Palm, etc.
