Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a logo design for my private music therapy practice. I would like a silhouetted image of a little girl sitting UP IN a tree, LEANING AGAINST THE TRUNK or SITTING FACING OUTWARDS WITH HER LEGS HANGING DOWN. Perched on her finger is a little songbird, facing away from the girl, with musical notes coming out of its mouth (in colour). I think I would like the background to be green but am open to ideas.

In the image of the girl sitting on the swing with the cat, I like the swirly blue background. I also like the layered backdrop of the green trees. I would like the name "Treetop Harmony" to be incorporated into the image. I would like the overall feeing of the design to be free flowing and expressive.

In the images I have listed below, I like the way the girl is leaning on the swing, but I don't want a swing in the image. I would like her to be leaning against the trunk of the tree. I have added some images of trees that are closer to what I would like to see. I have also added two drawings of ideas I have. As you can see, visual arts is not my strength! Looking forward to your submissions!
