Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a colorful logo that represents happiness as this is a kids clothing line , I want something simple yet eye catching , this logo is only for online store and maybe clothing tags not yet know if I will be using as a logo on clothing? I want something representing in a way California/Los Angeles colorful , representing happiness ,sunshine , playing , silliness which describes each of my children, careless ,free , no owls in the logo please , anything from outdoors can be added to this logo/project I’m pretty much open to anything just have fun with it !!
