Food and beverage service company type "Pokes and Bowls" based on sushi bowls made of a base (white rice, brown rice, quinoa) and variety of toppings and sauces, as well as raw protein (seafood). It was founded this year 2018. We have a young, fresh, innovative, minimalist character. We seek to be pioneers of the trend of healthy eating, delicious, fast food, in a space that stands out for its decoration and comfort and good service. We will have disposable biodegradable / compostable (ecological) in our interest to care for the environment.
