Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a logo for my new financial services company which includes financial planning, investments, insurance, and estate planning. I have a family heirloom of a compass from my great grandfather and would like to use that idea in the logo. I would possibly like to incorporate a stock market symbol or arrow going up in the logo. Maybe an "N" for north or navigation (name of the company). I am open to your designs and expertise. Colors to work with: green, Forrest green, navy/royal blue, gold. Thank you!
