Book Cover Design Brief

Cover Design for my first book. The book is for elementary school principals who are unhappy and are considering a career change but are afraid to leave. I teach them how to develop emotional fitness and resiliency through thought management so that they can decide whether to stay or leave their position from a place of empowerment. I've attached my podcast artwork for your reference. My publisher suggested not having me on the cover which is fine. I just thought it might be helpful.
