Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company/brand based out of Wilmington, NC called Mermaid Surf Co. We are an all-female surf school and our brand aims to empower females. We currently offer yoga and surfing, but eventually we will be expanding into a lifestyle brand that offer wellness workshops, retreats, apparel, accessories, community support, and more! For now, we need a base logo for branding that includes a full mermaid (sexy, strong, confident) perhaps using the end of the mermaid tail as the "M" in "Mermaid". We would like our base logo to be simple, feminine, and beachy. Our brand colors are tropical pink and turquoise. This brand will be used as a primary tool for marketing and branding. We need it to be easy to read and beautiful. We want both males and females to want to put stickers on their car, wear our hats, tank-tops, etc. We are ocean-loving ladies that live life without limits. We also like to have a lot of fun!
