Logo Design Brief

I'm looking for someone to make a logo for my company Altered Path Properties. It's a real estate investing business. I'd like the design to play on the company name a bit. Looking for a more modern design with maybe only 2-3 colors. Just want to keep it clean, simple, and easy to read. I'll attach a few crude sketches of what I have in mind, but feel free to show your own design ideas.
