Logo Design Brief

I have several vape or ecig stores but am open a new store under a new name. This will be the lighted sign for the store which is located in a smaller strip mall. Malden MO is a smaller town. I am looking for a nice classic signage (not cartoon like). Somewhere on this sign I would like a picture of a man with a lab coat, black hair and beard and vaping. I will attach a picture. The name of the new store is Doc's Vape Shop. I would like Doc's to be the emphasis and somewhat smaller letters for Vape Shop (as long as the highlight of the sign attracts people to Doc's). At this time, I am not too specific on any particular color. Any question, just ask. Thanks. Also, the two pictures below are strictly examples. Feel free to show your creativity.
