Allan, Thanks for the invite. I wonder, is this for just psd design or complete theme conversion. Because if it is for theme conversion than you should rethink about your budget as its not that sufficient for this contest. Please think about it. If it is just for psd design than I am in to work on.

Its design file only , not the css/html converted file.

No, its not like that. psd file is also usable . Only the difference is that the psd file will be converted by your programmer to css/html and after it will be converted to WP theme, which you finally require. I can can convert the design css/html and than to WP theme , no issues of that but please increase the budget as present budget is low as per stuff to be done finally. I hope you understand me.

that is around my budget. i have asked 8 people to participate by offering $20 participation payments. Is there a way to take back the participation payments and put it back into the 1st place prize?
