Poster Design Brief

The sign is 22" wide and 28" tall. This sign is used to post around the neighbourhood to direct people to an open house (home that is for sale). It is also used for self-promotion.

Designwise
- I just want something with a modern look, simple and clean.
- I want my picture and business logo on the left side.
- On the right side, website (www.path-realestate.com) and my phone (510-821-0755), then a blank space where I can write an address when I need to.

I'm not sure how I want the overall design look. I'm very open-minded and I'm depending on your creative mind to come up with something.
