Flyer Design Brief

I am working with a non profit called Best Friends animal sanctuary. I need a flyer (4x11or similar) that will have the 10 closest apartments that are pet friendly. We have the information already with the specifics as far as the breed restrictions. We need it to have our brand Market Source Real Estate as well as Best Friends on the flyer.
The idea is to have Best Friends pass them out when people come into adopt a pet.

The main purpose is to have the new pet owner have our contact info with the web link to out "pet apartment" page as well as Best Friends contact info.

• Keep in mind, my ultimate goal is to send people to the website that has a much larger list of apartments and more information.
• Here are some of the changes I need.
• 1. The size needs to be 4.25" by 11"
• 2. I will need some graphics changed out especially the on one of the house. I will send you the graphics. Do you have an email I can send them to? I didn't see a way to send them through designcrowd. My email is jeremy@marketsourceagent.com
• 3. I need you to remove the Best Friends logo on the
• top of the front side.
• 4. Swap out the Sugar House Apartments logo on the front side for Best Friends logo that was used on the top of the back side
• 5. The text "Best Friends Animal sanctuary" needs to be replaced with "Best Friends Animal Society"
• 6. Below the "10 Closest Apartments" on the front remove the generic info about the pet deposits. They are different for each apartment. Add the ThinkSaltLakeCity.com/Pet-Friendly-Places link as well as text that says, "For More Info and Places Visit"
• 7. The red footer on each side is unnecessary. Please remove
• 8. On the back side remove the Market Source and Best Friends Logo on top.
