Logo Design Brief

We seek a logo for our podcast discovery platform, called PodFriends. This will be a mobile app eventually, so we are looking for a text-based design AND a symbol. We are looking to make the design fun but professional and streamlined, similar to Pandora or Hulu. We like blue but are open to other colors. Our target users might be older and expecting a serious player to listen to politics or academic podcasts, so it can't be too fun. We are open to images, icons or any other visual that evokes a fun and easy-to-use podcast player.
