Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my new business, although I am not new to this type of business at all. I want a logo that appears friendly. The logo is for online marketing and this will be a small business that I am a main part of. The business name is "Your Inbound Guru", where your success is a measure of my own success. I like some of the logos that have a cartoon version of the person beside it -- I have blonde medium length hair, blue eyes, lighter skin tone -- and I wouldn't mind a logo that has a cartoon version of "me" leaning against the logo with the words "Your Inbound" and "GURU" underneath, and the character leaning against those words from the left side. The character could be waving with a smile or smiling and arms folded across chest, leaning into the words. Other opinions are also helpful and appreciated -- I want something professional, but also very friendly.
