Flyer Design Brief

We need to have a design for:
- the holder of rack cards. Letter size
- and the rack cards. Size 4"x9"

I attached a picture of the sample holder for example.

I am putting some of the brochures and pics we have in:

The Bodoni font is on the drive.
The rack card should call to action - to learn about our projects and that we are offering fixed price packages.

One of the sides of the rack card has to show our houses like we show on the website larch-construction.ca
Images with short info like on the website http://www.larch-construction.ca/our-projects/
Maybe have something like: Learn more about our recent projects at www...


You can use our logo from th pdf files. In the brochure on the cover page we show all the associations we are member of - this is a must to be shown.

Mentioning the website and the phone number is a must.
