Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo for a UK-based company called 'Power and Quality' with the slogan 'Efficient and effective'. We will be selling energy-efficient LED and smart lighting. The logo will need to be suitable for use on stationery as well being printed on the products - which means it should be impactful in small sizes and on a variety of background colours.

We would like this to show that the business is about lighting, as well as about focusing on energy efficiency and the smart lighting aspect.
Ideal colours would be green and slate grey (with a contrasting design of white/green). Preferably the logo image should be on the left with the text next to it.

The way we envisage the logo, it incorporates some sort of leaf/light imagery, and it really highlights the 'P&Q', it could in fact play with these letters and combine them with the imagery.
