Need a two-sided, save-the-date postcard. The "front" of the card can be any design, but the "back" needs to meet the U.S. Postal Service's mailing requirements (http://usprinting.com/index.iml?mdl=subpage/view.mdl&PAGE_ID=29760).
It's our 90th year holding our "Scientific Session," a one-day symposium for cardiologists (heart doctors) to participate in professional development and gain credits for medical education (http://ny-acc.org/annualmtg18).
Because it's our 90th Anniversary, I was thinking that maybe there could be a cake or cupcake on it. I am also open to other "celebratory" graphic design ideas, as long as they're not too 'childish' looking. This is a *professional* educational event for doctors, *NOT* a party or reception. Design can be a photo or illustration as long as it's tasteful.
Specs:
- Must be rectangular and between 3 1/2 and 4 1/4 inches high and between 5 and 6 inches long. Horizontal (landscape) layout preferred but not required.
- Should feature our logos somewhere: 1) NYChapterLogo_EPS-Files.zip, 2) NYCSLogo_Blue, 3) NewYorkCardiacCenterLogos and 4) 90TH-ANNUAL-SCI-SESSION-LOGO / NYCS 90th ANNUAL SCIENTIFIC SESSION logo-cropped
Mandatory copy (in no particular order):
- "Save the Date"
- "Oct. 20" or "Oct. 20th" or "October 20" (whichever looks best)
- The words "New York City" or "NYC"
Optional copy - we prefer a nicer design over tons of copy, but if there's space and the design looks nice, you can add:
- "Celebrating our 90th Annual Scientific Session"
- "The Graduate Center of the City University of New York" (the location)
- "Let's cheer to 90 years!"
