Logo Design Brief

I have a clear logo in mind and a photo of it. My new organization is called the Divine Study. I offer spiritual mentorship and guidance along the path of life. I work with my clients to help them realize their potential and teach them how to use life's many lessons as an opportunity for growth. When you view the photo you will see that the logo is the centerpiece, a sun with eagle wings in the center and a sun disk in the center of the wings. The background (the board the design is on is not needed.) I want the logo pretty much exact and less detail for the purposes of a logo. I'm considering white for the color and I'm open to suggestions. The name THe divine Study can stand alone or it can be incorporated into the logo. I am open to both and leaning more towards the name standing alone and in relationship to the logo
