Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my business in the fitness industry. i want the logo to include a lion with the name ALPHA PRIDE in capital bold letters and font to be like cracked concrete. i want the lions stance to be similar to the photo attached. the color scheme which i have in mind is a black on black scheme which if printed on clothing i will incorporate a military style.
