There are essentially 4 distinct communities in 19130. Francisville, Fairmoumt/Art Museum, Brewerytown and Spring Garden. If it helps. Each community has a color associated with it. Fairmount is royal blue, Francisville is deep purple, SG is greeen and Brewerytown gold. The brand should have a community connection of all of them while encompassing Real Estate.
