CD Cover Design Brief

Hi. My name is Tatsoo. I need a CD cover artwork for my new song "Smile". I would like to use my real face photo as a base this time and designers to photoshop it into a cool CD cover. I aim to have an illustration type face image.

The image doesn't need to be too artistic like above two images. I need a simple face illustration image.
