Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a logo that will be utilized for overall branding of a fitness studio called Peak Fit.

The studio is part of a larger club that is a swim, tennis and fitness club. There will be a studio dedicated to high intensity training called Peak Fit.

The studio will have lots of natural sunlight and awesome views of nature.
I am attaching images of the building. I am also attaching an file that shows the current club logo. It would be nice to have the Peak Fit logo and the club logo connect is some way.
I would like the logo to be very simple and icon like. It should have a modern feel that also incorporates nature.
I would like to have an orange color for energy.
