Logo Design Brief

Seeking a logo design and cover art for a startup Bible program called "Gospel for Children." We make the history, culture, and theology of the Bible accessible through high-quality songs and helpful visuals. We would like to see a logo that appeals to the modern family. Designs should avoid traditional religious symbols and childish elements. Cover art also needed for an 8 1/2 by 11 inch book cover and plastic CD case insert. Cover art will include the following information: Volume One: Old Testament Backgrounds. Subsequent volumes will follow a similar naming format (Volume Two: New Testament Backgrounds, Volume Three: Old Testament Survey, etc.).
