Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our hockey club [field hockey, NOT ice hockey].

After a logo that is gender neutral [we have ladies, mens and junior teams].

Looking for something that would be easy to embroider onto clothing/merchandise [hint: so nothing too big or detailed].
Would be cool to incorporate a hockey stick or ball in there somewhere.

The pictures I added are of another Hockey Association logo comp I organised. These were really good designs and I liked the general idea of them. But obviously the name and colours need to be different.

Our current Logo is also attached - it needs to change as we have recently created a men's team and it's not exactly gender neutral when our logo is a little girl!

Requirements

Must have

• Must have royal blue and white in there somewhere - those are our club colours.

Nice to have

• Would be nice to be able to tell that we are a hockey club just by looking at it.
• Maybe with BHC letters, then Burracoppin Hockey Club underneath, and a stick somewhere in there?

Should not have

• MUST NOT HAVE ICE HOCKEY stuff in there. People kept sending me ice hockey logos last time...we are field hockey
• :)
