Logo Design Brief

We offer virtual personal assistants as a German-language service. A VPA works remotely and communicates by Skype or email. He or she can help customers with easier tasks like research, customer support or web administration.
We need a new logo for our company. It should be a text-and-design logo which includes a picture and our comany name.
Below you can find our old logo, which we designed in 2009. We are searching for something similar, but more modern yet classical with a little cool hint.
Our costumers are between 25 and 50 years old and mostly male business owners of small oder medium sized businesses.
Our company name translates as "beach-shift" so the shift at the beach since our costumers can spend their working time at the beach or elsewhere while we are doing their tasks. So in the logo could be included some beach motives and very important some business motives (We don't want to have only palms and beach motives, its important that the logo also shows our professional site. Our VPA's are working from home office with their laptops and are multitaskers-that can be shown in the logo as well- just an idea)
Also I ll share one of our competitors logos where you can see an assistant with many arms, handling a lot of tasks at one time. Thats also a great idea but we would like to have something more modern and professional.
Our brand colors are orange and blue/petrol.

I ll also upload some styles of logos, I personally like.
