Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new company based in Edmonton, Alberta called 'Peoples First Training'. It is an indigenous owned company which provides training to the indigenous community. Training will include courses such as Standard First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), SafeTalk, and Crisis Prevention/Intervention. If possible, I'd like to see First Nations, Inuit, and Metis identifiers. The final design should communicate the company's focus on the wellness of indigenous people - hence Peoples First.
