Poster Design Brief

I would like to have a sign made for the properties I advertise for sale. The size of the sign needs to be 25L x 24W or 28L x 24W . I have attached my head shots, current business card, website and information and a picture of my old sign ( I really don't like it but it's just a jist of what I had before) . I would like something very creative and attractive to the eye. Something you can notice driving down the road and isn't camouflaged by trees or blending into scenery. Thank you so much I look forward to working with all of you.

I must stick with Coldwell Banker Colors and Logos but the background can be black, white or coldwell banker blue if you want to switch it up a bit. You can flip or crop my headshot a bit if needed. You do not need to put FOR SALE anywhere because I have separate riders that go at the top of these signs. Thank you so very much!
