Illustration Design Brief
I will provide a list of diagnoses for neck conditions. I would like the illustrator to fit each diagnosis in to the silhouette of a neck/shoulders, using separate and unique fonts/sizes for each diagnosis. The intent is to hang this illustration as a poster in a medical office, framed, as an interesting piece of art / education. This is a simple illustration, but once I find the right design, there are up to 8 more of the same type of projects that I would like done. If you can find a way to economically create the right illustration, there could be a good bit more of this work.

Target Market(s)
Patients, sitting in an examination room, waiting to be examined. The clinic is upscale, with private rooms that use lots of bold, but earthy colours and a warm brown flooring. A single tone to the project would work best.

Requirements
Must have
- The background should be a light earthy colour, and the illustration should be single-tone, in a muted forest green, or a similar toned blue. Poster size is 11 x 14". The text can follow curvatures, but should be readable without having to crane the neck sideways.
- The illustration should be centred with the following heading above: "Know your diagnosis?" and then under the illustration "Your physiotherapist can help." Use the same colour as for the illustration, or a variation of it if you think that might look better.
Nice to have
- Try not to draw an outline of the head and neck - see if you can make the words form the silhouette. Perhaps a very light opaque outline could be placed behind the text to further define the shape of a neck/shoulders. See my examples attached.
