In which software shall i made Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Indesign?

I heard InDesign was more appropriate, but in the future, I will need to change the name on the brochures (We will have more than one location, and different managers). So it would need to be editable. Do you have preference or do you think one would work better than another? As long as I can change the name "Marque" to other managers names, I'm good with either.

I would like "Abundant Life" on the front to be similar or even same as before. The reason for this is because we have been in business for over 20 years, and our name is readily recognizable to nurses, social workers, etc.. I like "Abundant Life" to pop out and "Assisted Living & Memory Care" below to be understated and in a clearer font. Love what I'm seeing so far. The picture on the front of our current brochure is a picture of my mother-in-law and my wife. I don't want a picture of two young, random ladies on my brochure. Use that space to convey "Caring for senior citizens", so should not be two middle-aged ladies... Thank you everyone..

Clarification on the references/Testimonials.
For the first one, it seems more clear if it reads like this:

My mom lived in five private care homes. When she moved here she said: "I've finally found my home!"
