Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a School that teaches massage called "Healing Hands Massage Institute". It should convey a sense of warmth and confidence. I'd be interested in experiments with mascots (or someone giving a massage) or Asian/cutsey flairs, however there are lots of ways to go with this. The logo can be complex, but should be able to be simplified to the a physical storefront sign and be instantly recognizable from a distance.
