Logo Design Brief

I need a new logo for this renamed property.This is for a self-storage facility in Greenville, SC. This property is not far from downtown Greenville and is being named "Reedy River Storage" based on the well-known river in the area.

We must keep the same colors for the new logo (blue and yellow) see attached.
Additionally, the attached wording "Storage" is painted on the wall of the building (see attached) so we would like to use that font, at a minimum for the word "Storage".

The logo should communicate professionalism and top service.
