Book Cover Design Brief

I need a book cover designed for a book called "Pain Heroes" I would like it to have a stylized diagram of a generic female superhero throwing away crutches - like she is getting better after an injury. I would like her cape to be red but I don't mind what other colors are used - probably simple blacks and whites would be good. It needs to have the title : Pain Heroes then underneath that: Stories of Hope and Recovery
It also need the author's name included: Alison Sim
The size is going to be 190x120mm and the spine height 1cm. Page count is 110 Paper type is 50lb white paper and cover will be gloss. I was hoping not to use a stock image hence getting a designer - there doesn't appear to be anything that suits my needs. The publishing company doesn't need to be included.
I won't be using an Author Bio or picture

Pain is experienced by everyone at some point in their life. Some people experience pain that hangs around far longer than it should. This books tells the stories of people who have experienced persistent pain and recovered from it. It also gives some practical, evidence based advice on how to embrace what modern science tells us about pain in order to get back to living life. No quick fixes or magic silver bullets, just sensible advice that is echoed by the lived experiences in the stories of the Pain Heroes.
