Logo Design Brief

We have a basic logo design that needs to be updated and saved to file formats for use on print and web based marketing materials. The goal is to establish a professional, reliable and knowledgeable presence. This logo will be used in conjunction with another logo as the company is an authorized distributor of AUTOCALL products so both brands/logos will be represented together in various marketing offerings. The AUTOCALL authorized distributor logo is red, white and black/gray (can be seen on the web at autocall.com). We would also like to incorporate some reference to the colors and spirit of the Colorado flag, but not the flag itself. Perhaps an overlay of the Colorado flag colors (blue, yellow, red) over the Omega symbol logo as a secondary logo? This is not a requirement, but a potential vision. We would like to bring together the Omega Symbol (ohm's law), the IVR Systems LLC Name (IVR is the ohm's law equation), pride in being a colorado based company, and coordination with the AUTOCALL authorized distributor logo. Need to use the original logo as the basis for the design. IVR Systems LLC is a commercial fire alarm system provider.
