Logo Design Brief

Looking to re-Design our logo after 10 years in business. We are a manufacturer and wholesaler of commercial furniture with focus in outdoor and food service industries. We cater to architectural firms and purchasing companies. I am attaching the images of the two versions of the logo we now have. The new logo may include the yellow color. The company has a secondary blue color. The logo should be able to work in light and dark backgrounds (it can be a version). See below for color details.

Main/Top Accent Color: Yellow - R:255 G:203 B:8 / C:0 M:20 Y:99 K:0 / Pantone Equivalent: +Solid Coated PANTONE 7408C
Secondary Color: 20% gray / 40% gray / 60% gray can be used as background or Secondary Accent and/or Background Color.
Tertiary Color (Small details or tertiary accent color only - Limited use) - Blue - R:0 G:155 B:223 / C:76 M:24 Y:0 K:0 / Pantone Equivalent: +Solid Coated PANTONE 2925C

White backgrounds are always our first preference - whenever possible. Darker or black backgrounds are only used in special circumstances and white text logos must be used in these cases.
