Flyer Design Brief

I need a flyer to take to clients on sales calls. Something eye catching. I am an accounting and tax business. We are trying to attract new business clients and plan on going on sales calls. I am enclosing document showing services we offer along with our logo. I am enclosing a copy of our brochure we have also. We specialize in small business under 15 employees. It could be two pages as well. I was thinking along the way of showing in pictures on one page how much easier it could be for a small business to use our services instead of slugging along and doing it themselves. Just a thought. Don't know how to really show that or if possible. Then a page where it shows our services and what we offer. Something that will catch their eye.
