Flyer Design Brief

We need a template flyer designed that we can use for a current commercial real estate listing and subsequently use as a template for future listings. We have uploaded images and files to provide an example of an older flyer template we have used. If you have questions or would like to discuss, please contact us at Josh@PGCRE.com. Colors selected should be in line with our attached business card and logo design. Output should be 8.5" X 11".

Must have

• MUST BE SAVED AND ADJUSTABLE IN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING FORMATES: MICROSOFT POWERPOINT, PUBLISHER OR WORD. THIS IS IMPORTANT SO OUR TEAM CAN EASILLY UPDATE TEMPLATE IN READILLY AVAILABLE PROGRAMS THAT ARE SIMPLE FOR TEAM MEMBERS TO USE.

Nice to have

• Needs to have first page template with header and footer displaying our logo, address, phone, email address and contact information for the listing agent. There need to be placeholders that can be easily adjusted based on specific listings. Placeholders will be used for pictures or aerials as the case requires. Needs to have a second page that has header and footer with a clean open block in the middle of the page so agents can customize with site specific details.

Should not have

• There should be no reference to residential. We are a commercial real estate organization that does not do any residential.
