Logo Design Brief

I'm looking for a logo design for my production service company "MikeLav Production Services."

I provide my services as a Technical Director or Director for live TV productions like entertainment and sports in a control room setting.

A technical director's job, aside from being the crew lead for technical positions like camera operators and graphics personnel, is to sit behind a switcher panel and "edit" a live broadcast cutting cameras, inserting graphics etc.

A director's job is like the conductor in an orchestra, deciding camera angles and providing cues and instructions for the entire crew to carry out their vision and the vision of the producer.

I'd like to see TV primary colours of red, green and blue with either black or grey text. But I'm open to other ideas.

Attached is a photo of the control surface if that would help provide some inspiration.
