Thanks for replying to me. Don’t take this the wrong way, i do appreciate the opportunity to work in your project but i only commit to "payment guaranteed" projects.
I believe its important for both parties to be equally committed, after all you have access to several designers working for free in the hopes of getting their design awarded and each draft takes a considerable amount of time to design.
