Flyer Design Brief

We need TWO one-page insert for a transplant display stand (6"x8"). We have a few furnished apartments and we need to inform our guests about the services available:

Insert #1: Delivery and Pickup Services in the neighborhood (Laundry, Groceries, Restaurants).
Insert #1 Text: "Heading: Pick and Delivery Services in your neighborhood:" Text below it: "1) Laundry Pickup - Call: +9714-555-5555. 2) Groceries Delivery - Call: +9714-555-5555, 3) Restaurants Delivery - Call: +9714-555-5555"

Insert #2: We also need another one-page insert to encourage the guests to enjoy the candles and to make the apartment have a homier feeling.
Insert #2 Text: "Heading: Feel at home. Text below it: "Dim the lights, light up a candle, play nice music, have a relaxing stay."

Must have

• - The Company logo of SEED Residence must be displayed on the upper corner. (Logo attached). The logo should be a single color either white or black (Not red and black or red and white)
• For Insert # 1: Laundry, Groceries, and Breakfast Resturaunts images or icons. The images/icons must be unified and look like from the same family of images/icons.
• For Insert # 2: A romantic candle(s) dinner pictures.
