Logo Design Brief

I am an Internal Medicine physician opening a private practice. The type of practice I’m opening is in a model called Direct Primary Care (look at my website www.drsamurick.com for info or DPC coalition). I need a logo for my practice, my signage, business card and lab coat. I will be treating patients age 18+. “My Way Medical” is the name of the practice, inspired by my love of Frank Sinatra. I want the type of practice, Direct Primary Care, on the logo as well but Less prominent than My Way Medical.

Requirements

Must have

• My Way Medical prominent with the term “Direct Primary Care” less prominent in the logo. A classic look would be nice, incorporating medical design if needed (like stethoscope for example).

Nice to have

• Something medical that is catchy, maybe involving a classic look (since I like Sinatra), using a medical theme that would be appropriate for a Friendly PCP. Review my website drsamurick.com to get a better feel for how I practice medicine.

Should not have

• Too many colors
