Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my company based in Sweden called 'Gedis Konsulting'. We work in project management consulting. I would like to see a design with the letter G. I want to be able to use just the G sometimes and sometimes a complete logo with the G and full name 'Gedis Konsulting'. The logo should contain three colors at the most. Only two is even better. I've uploaded the current logo which i don't dislike. So the new design could be a development of the current logo or something completely new.
