Digitalization is the key driver of the business. The company offers digital way of managing properties, handling clients and tenants as well as reporting.

By using digital tools for mangement and reporting the clients will have much more transparency an access to their properies and details.

The company wants to be one of the driving forces of proptech (property and Tech) in the industry.

Target Market(s)

Private Real Estate owners under 50 years of age with minimum portfolio of 20 units.
Smaler instiutional real estate owners including but not limited to pension funds, insurance companies etc.
