Logo Design Brief

We are a new aged care consultant company based in Melbourne Australia. Looking for a logo for company called 'Practical Pathways'. The logo needs to connect with older people and their families. It is within the health industry, we're looking for calming colours but an eye catching design. Two or three complimentary colours would be ideal. Something that symbolises multiple paths, journeys or similar. For example a tree with branches indicating life, growth and multiple pathways. The font will need to be clear & easy to read, perhaps focusing on the double 'P'. Subtext included should read 'Your Aged Care Solution' this is a bi-line whilst being on the logo it is not part of the business name.
