Logo Design Brief

I need a logo that I may use for my site or book. I envision an image where there was a bucket with holes and water coming out. There is also someone pouring water into the bucket at the same time. The point of my business (farragoconsulting.com) is to train hospitals in physician retention so that stop losing good doctors. Right now they just work on recruiting (the pouring in) versus retaining (plugging the holes). Images I like are attached. Maybe the word hospital on the bucket?
