Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new company based in Bogart, Ga. The company name is "Bogart" and it will be an hunting/outdoor apparel and lifestyle company. We would like to see designs that utilize a simple approach and not overly busy. We're undecided on whether or not we want to use a picture in the logo or use only text, so we are open to either.

I want it to incorporate darker/earthy tones, and be something that reflects the quality and timeless traits that we are going for as a company.

We own two german shorthaired pointers, and they could potentially play a role in the logo, but I'm undecided if that is the route I want to go or not.

As far as natural elements that surround Bogart, Ga, pine trees are probably what somebody would think of most as they drive around the area.

Overall, I want the final design to reflect the quality and timeless feeling that we are going for as a company. Like a broken in leather money clip that was handed down to you by your grandfather.
